Profile
I am an Indonesian corporate lawyer with experience advising local and multinational clients on complex corporate and transactional matters. My practice is built on a combination of strong legal expertise, commercial awareness, and a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach.
I have assisted numerous companies in a multitude of areas, including (i) foreign investments; (ii) mergers, acquisitions, and spin-off transactions; (iii) corporate compliance; (iv) special situations, corporate and debt restructuring; and (v) government relations. I provide strategic counsel that ensures compliance, deal efficiency, and support in navigating Indonesia’s dynamic business landscape.
To date, I've been involved in over 100 transactions, including several landmark deals recognized as Indonesia's Deal of the Year in consecutive years. I earned my law degree from Gadjah Mada University with cum laude distinction, among the fastest graduates of my cohort, and have passed the Indonesian Bar by Perhimpunan Advokat Indonesia /Association of Indonesian Advocates (PERADI).

Represented Telkomsel in its IDR10.28 trillion sale and leaseback of 6,000 telecommunication towers — one of the largest telecom infrastructure transactions in Southeast Asia, completed under an accelerated timeline of less than one month.
2022 · ALB Indonesia M&A Deal of the Year
Telecom · Spin-Off
Represented PT Telkom Indonesia in the spin-off of IndiHome’s consumer broadband business to Telkomsel, enabling the development of Indonesia’s first Fixed Mobile Convergence platform.
2023 · ALB Indonesia M&A Deal of the Year
Telecom · Asset M&A
Represented PT Dayamitra Telekomunikasi (Mitratel) in its IDR16.49 trillion acquisition of 10,050 telecommunication towers from Telkomsel — the largest telecom asset transaction in Southeast Asia to date.

Represented PT PLN Nusantara Renewables in establishing a strategic partnership with a Chinese state-owned enterprise for the development of a 100MW floating solar power plant, including shareholders agreements, EPC contract, and PPA.

Advised a major Saudi-listed company in connection with project financing arrangements for PLN Indonesia Power’s renewable energy projects, including lender-side legal support.

Represented Yinson Holdings Berhad, global energy infrastructure company, in its acquisition of an Indonesian floating solar company through a complex share subscription structure involving settlement of shareholder debt.

Data Center · Joint Venture
Represented a Singapore-based data infrastructure company in establishing a joint venture to develop Indonesia’s first decarbonized data center with a 240 MW IT load capacity.

Manufacturing · Cross-Border M&A
Represented a Japanese multinational manufacturing company in its acquisition and shareholder restructuring of its Indonesian subsidiary, including regulatory approvals and corporate structuring.
2025
Railway · Restructuring
Represented PT Kereta Api Indonesia in the acquisition and restructuring of the airport rail business, involving complex debt transfer and integration into Jakarta’s mass transportation system.
2022
SOE · Multi-Entity Restructuring
Represented PT Perusahaan Pengelola Aset (PPA) in a large-scale restructuring and consolidation of multiple State-Owned Enterprises (SOE), involving over seven entities and complex pre-merger restructuring, including entities under PKPU.
2023
Property · Cross-Border M&A
Represented a Singapore-based developer in a multi-target acquisition of landbank companies in Indonesia, involving extensive due diligence and coordinated execution across multiple entities.
2024
SOE · Debt Restructuring
Represented PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. in the proposed debt restructuring of PT Pindad, the largest military defense equipment manufacturing company in Indonesia.
