About Reggy Dio (朱原志)

I am an Indonesian corporate lawyer with experience advising local and multinational clients on complex corporate and transactional matters. My practice is built on a combination of strong legal expertise, commercial awareness, and a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach.

I have assisted numerous companies in a multitude of areas, including (i) foreign investments; (ii) mergers, acquisitions, and spin-off transactions; (iii) corporate compliance; (iv) special situations, corporate and debt restructuring; and (v) government relations. I provide strategic counsel that ensures compliance, deal efficiency, and support in navigating Indonesia’s dynamic business landscape.
